3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS & SITE ACCESS

  • Unrestricted Access: The Client must provide safe, unobstructed, and timely access to the Premises during agreed service windows (including keys, security access cards, alarm codes, and gate remotes).

  • Utilities Supply: The Client is responsible for supplying continuous commercial-grade electricity and running hot/cold water necessary for the execution of the Services.

  • Site Hazards & Pre-Existing Damage: The Client must notify the Company in writing prior to service commencement of any known structural defects, hazardous materials (e.g., loose asbestos, exposed wiring), or fragile fixtures.

4. WORK HEALTH & SAFETY (WHS) & WORKSAFE COMPLIANCE

  • Safety Governance: The Company enforces strict compliance with WorkSafe Victoria, Workplace Health and Safety Queensland (WHS QLD), and national environmental standards.

  • SWMS & JSA Protocols: All high-risk activities (including Elevated Work Platform facade cleaning, bio-hazard containment, and heavy machine operations) are governed by site-specific Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documentation.

5. PAYMENT TERMS & COMMERCIAL PRICING

  • Standard Invoicing: Commercial invoices are issued on a monthly recurring basis or immediately following the completion of milestone project resets, payable within 14 calendar days from the invoice date (unless alternative credit terms are executed in writing).

  • Late Payments: Overdue accounts may incur an administrative interest charge calculated at 2% per month on outstanding balances, alongside any recovery or legal costs incurred by the Company.

  • GST: All rates quoted are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
